Tyler Jenkins brings a wealth of experience to his role as the founding partner of Headwater Energy LLC, with an impressive 19 years in the industry. Tyler kickstarted his career in oil and gas back in 2005 as a field landman, eventually transitioning to managing E&P land programs. He honed his skills at the University of Denver and has since worked across every major basin in the U.S. Throughout his career, Tyler has expertly navigated over $2 billion in acquisitions and orchestrated the sale of over 1.7 million acres, solidifying his reputation as a seasoned professional in the energy sector.

Having dedicated 23 years to sales and customer service in four distinct industries: advertising, online marketing, commercial asset management, and now Oil and Gas; Nathan has no shortage of experience on his resume. Throughout his career, Nathan has remained steadfast in his commitment to providing honest and top-notch service to all clients, irrespective of their interests or deal sizes.
Nathan firmly believes that this approach is the cornerstone of his success in the business world. Beyond the office, Nathan is a devoted father of two young children aged 3 and 6, filling his time outside of work with wrangling little ones and steadily chipping away at an ever-expanding “honey-do” list.
Nathan also finds joy in exploring the great outdoors that Colorado offers, all while cherishing moments spent with family and friends.

Jacob is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with over 6 years of experience specializing in acquiring mineral interests. With a background as a landman, Jacob has navigated through numerous basins nationwide, spearheading diverse acquisition and leasing campaigns. His expertise spans prominent areas such as the Permian Basin, Haynesville Shale, and Uintah Wax.
Graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Professional Land and Resource Management, Jacob brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to his work. Currently residing in Alexandria, LA, Jacob enjoys family life with his wife, two daughters, and their beloved golden retriever.
